The Readers Have Spoken, and a Resident Has Showered

The other day I posted about my residents who do not practice personal hygiene. We actually had a floor meeting without them today and discussed what to do.

Someone suggested paying a hot girl to offer to shower with them and wash them. Honestly, it probably wouldn't take a very attractive girl. Maybe a 3 or 4 on a scale of 10. But that's not gonna happen.

The third comment on the post was deleted by the anonymous poster, but I still received the e-mail with the comment, and it said, "hang a bar of soap, washcloth, and mini bottle of shampoo from the outside of the door frame with a note that just says "Please." it may not be much of a prank, but it could work"

I presented this at the floor meeting and it received a lot of support. So I bought the required items and hung them on the door. And it worked.

At least halfway. One of them showered. I haven't seen the other resident.

As much as I loathe the idea, if it continues to be bad, I'll have to address it directly with the resident. Anyway, thanks for posting comments. I'm not sure why that comment was deleted, but thanks for posting it.

lol I'm glad the plan was successful. I figured it was worth a shot.

I'd removed it because I accidentally used my old Blogger account and was going to repost with OpenID but got distracted.

you should dress up in a ridiculous costume like a gorilla outfit and run by the one who wont shower and throw a bucket of soapy water on him. surprise him so he doesn't know what's coming

that's how i get my dog clean minus the crazy outfit
